Decro New Materials-Rongshan Middle School "Shuren" Scholarship and Teaching Fund Award Ceremony was held on October 24, 2022 in the lecture hall of Jixian Building of Rongshan Middle School. Entrusted by Chairman and President Luo Weiman, Vice President Li Jun attended the award conference on behalf of Director Luo and the company.

This scholarship and teaching fund award conference has 4 awards: classes with outstanding performance in the college entrance examination (group award), outstanding lesson preparation team leader, outstanding class teacher, and management award, involving 36 outstanding teachers.

There are many young faces among the award-winning teachers. Among them, the award-winning teacher representative who spoke, Mr. Xie Dongmin, is a fledgling young teacher. The Grade 10 class she teaches is a mixed class of cultural students and students with special talents. The students’ cultural level and progress are uneven. Teacher Xie Dongmin creatively designed a layered teaching plan to prevent top students from not having enough to eat and to prevent underachieving students from not having enough to eat. In order to really implement this plan, she spent almost all her time and energy on teaching. Hard work and sweat produce abundant fruits. In the 2022 college entrance examination, Class 10, a senior high school class she carefully cultivated, achieved excellent results. All 14 teachers in this class became the recipients of this year's "Treat People" Award Teaching Fund.

At the award ceremony, teacher Xie Dongmin, on behalf of the 36 award-winning teachers of the 2022 Decro New Materials-Rongshan Middle School "Shuren" Teaching Award Fund, expressed her gratitude to Director Luo and our company for their charitable deeds that care about education over the years. Our Vice President Li Jun and Principal Shu Ling of Rongshan Middle School jointly presented awards to the winning teachers. During the speech session, Vice President Li Jun said that Rongshan Middle School was founded in 1808 and now has a history of more than 200 years. The tall kapok trees on campus make people feel that this century-old school has both deep heritage and new vitality. It also awakens his memories of his school days. It is both a great honor and a heavy responsibility to be able to represent Director Luo and Decro Xincai at Rongshan Middle School to present awards to teachers today.
