"De Guan New Materials" was founded as the predecessor, Shunde De Guan Biaxially Stretched Film Co., Ltd.

September 1999

The acquisition of Shunde City Xingtang Shunfa Plastics was completed, with production fully restored within just one and a half months.

2002

The 5-line capacity expansion project has been put into operation (featuring a 6.7-meter-wide production line from Germany's Broetje).

2008

The 6-line capacity expansion project has been put into operation (introducing a 8.2-meter-wide production line from Germany's Brückner).

2010

The company underwent a share restructuring and was renamed "Guangdong Dequan Film New Materials Co., Ltd."

2011

The 8.2-meter-wide production line introduced from Japan's Nippon Steel Corporation, along with the seven-line capacity expansion project, has successfully begun operations.

2013

The eight-line capacity expansion project officially begins production; the company's technology center building is completed.

2015

Extending upstream and downstream into the functional film industry chain, while expanding into new products and businesses such as functional masterbatches and functional coating applications.

March 26, 2022

The company's new campus—DeGuan Zhongxing Science Park—has officially broken ground. The first phase of the project covers a total area of 101 mu.

January 2023

The main infrastructure project of DeGuan Zhongxing Science and Technology Park has been completed, and the facility is now entering the equipment installation phase.
