Chairman and President Luo Weiman also said that for the BOPP industry to develop healthily, industry companies must not only compete with each other, but also cooperate with and promote each other.

Chairman and President Luo Weiman introduced that our company is the only company in the BOPP industry that has a postdoctoral research station. China's demographic dividend is transforming into a talent dividend. Decro will continue to develop and expand postdoctoral workstations, relying on the corporate technology center and postdoctoral workstations to recruit more highly knowledgeable talents and reap the demographic dividend and knowledge dividend.

In front of the ZTE Technology Park renderings in the lobby of the Enterprise Technology Center Building, Chairman and President Luo Weiman introduced the construction status and production capacity of the project to Chairman Wang Zhanjie. Decro will meet customer demand for our high-tech products such as adhesive-free film and synthetic paper through the new production capacity of Zhongxing Science and Technology Park. At the same time, a new materials innovation center will be built in Zhongxing Science and Technology Park to increase investment in new product research and development to achieve technology-driven and product leadership.
